What can be that the chaining I pointed out [here](https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/pull/43456#discussion_r1625478259) can cause the issues as the task function does run async. Try my suggestion, perhaps it brings an improvement.

@bahl24 if you want to make a pr, please open one in the main repo. As development has shifted there.
It needs some browser cache cleanup after save.
Is this not the same issue as #576?
