Ah. That explains it. Recon-ng does not support windows. I see that I don't have that in the Wiki anywhere. I should probably add that. I apologize for the inconvenience....
Not only does Recon-ng not run on windows directly, but the Dockerfile and docker-compose files both use paths that aren't valid in windows. Perhaps that's the issue?
