Right now you can't react to a prompt in "Label Initial Prompt" task page (1), but elsewhere you can (e.g. in Recent messages (2) or when labeling assistant replies).
I'm completing a "Rank Assistant Replies" task (1) and look at full text of one reply (2). It's surely missing some newlines → text is difficult to read.  as a guideline for completing the task, but it misses more real-world examples.
