The call to reset all ints in TouchTest.ino appears redundant

i vageuly recall there's a reason its there. (code is 6 yrs ago) so i think we'll keep but add a comment that perhaps it is unneeded depending on use

add nRF52840 DMA support (SPI? UART?)

zerodma is for the samd21/samd51 series. its better to just write a new library for DMA handling on the nrf because its totally different (but, thankfully, also a lot easier!)

Current library can't set output frequency above 150Mhz, 1 line code fix can set DIVBY4 bits correctly to solve this issue
