Well, sorry, but you can not merge teams participated in the same events :( pos #94 and pos #640 at DeadFace.

CTFtime rating system is not ideal - even the fact that it uses dates from 01.01 to 31.12 is enough to don't take it seriously :( May be better Idea...

I like the idea - i think it should be part of huge "weight gathering" problem discussed in issue #1 .

There were ideas to add ELO rating, not sure if it's applicable here.
