Bot accounts stealing team name

I participated in a CTF with a team back in 2019, but didn't know of the existence of CTFtime back then, and failed to claim our team name in time. Instead, two accounts (that I believe to be bots / inactive) are squatting on our team name, with no way to dispute this. Attempts to communicate via the contact form have been met with no response.

How do you know they're bots?

I don't know for certain, that's why I stated I believe them to be either bots or accounts used to steal team names. However, given that the Twitter account linked to shibh308 doesn't exist, and that they've had no further user activity and haven't used our team name to participate in any other CTFs, I think this is a reasonable assumption. Without access to user activity records, this is the most "proof" I can provide.
