Tests are currently failing on Windows due to cram not unifying line endings, see brodie/cram#9.

[Feature Request] keyboard shortcut for copying film URL to clipboard

Would be great to have a keyboard shortcut for copying the URL of the currently selected title in highest quality to the clipboard.

I'm trying to [package audiogrep](https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes/pull/7309) for [conda-forge](https://conda-forge.org), however [packaging on Windows fails](https://ci.appveyor.com/project/conda-forge/staged-recipes/builds/21048649). I can't quite make sense of that failure, any ideas?

Making excerpts editable

It would be great to be able to added the excerpt when making annotations.

We already support [some options being set via `git config`](https://github.com/kynan/nbstripout/blob/08bfc679ff51b319f4241f02069b44495153fd7a/nbstripout/_nbstripout.py#L450-L465) (`extrakeys` and `keepmetadatakeys`). Ideally, all command line arguments should be configurable in this way the values read from `git config`...

I'd love to see cnetworkmanager support VPN connections as well. I fiddled with the python dbus examples in the networkmanager repository but never got it to work myself.

This is currently breaking conda-forge packaging, see conda-forge/quantulum3-feedstock#3.
