Convert Road System to mesh bug

There is bug with converting Road System to mesh. Problem is that it should create result mesh by merging meshes and their materials if they refer to the same shared...

Any advices on working with not flat terrains?

How do you deal with cases like that one from the picture? Is there any method to solve this quickly?
