Changing the device clock to 1MHz (Internal) drops current draw from 19mA to 8mA with no observed degrading of count performance. I hope to implement additional power saving features.

Changed the '1' from left justification to right justification.

Having PDF prints of the schematics would be helpful for anyone not using Eagle.

Based on discussion in discord, the terminology was confusing. I've added a terminology segment to hopefully introduce new mappers to what things mean. I also fixed typos and grammar errors.
