Something must be resetting the TrackState then. I suspect in ReadScopeStatus starting in like 467. It could be the are are in parking but the state is overwritten here.
Enable mount + scheduler logging.
This is not an issue in Ekos, the driver should handle parking and unparking gracefully. Not sure if @d33psky has any suggestion on how to resolve this issue.
