I debugged and finally reproduce VOC training accuracy as original repo!

I think this is because evaluation code is different from original repo. we need to reproduce original repo evaluation

I trained with my repo, and it is almost same as original repo on VOC

how do you install openmpi? can you reinstall and try it again? and also can you paste your program code, too?

so, it may be better to configure as `link2` as `root` link, `link3, link4` for `larm` and `link1` for `rarm`.

@flynneva i think its better to first find a way to migrate ros1 and ros2 branch. sorry, buy i could have enough time to work on it.
