I have a workaround in place in [klarkc/vim-lsp](https://github.com/klarkc/vim-lsp/commit/f53895fd6cbc26b615d3fb39ee2e3939c66d7b37), I'm still figuring out if we should fix the issue on the LSP server or in the LSP client.

I had assumed that sequelize was correctly supporting transactions with mysql in successful migrations. Should not sequelize, at least, warn about transactions not being made?
