I'm not sure how this is going to work in environments with a lot of IP's. Deleting or resizing a prefix which contains 10k IP's would generate 10k ipaddress changlog...

@trrunde - Not seeing how that would have anything to do with this issue no. If you are experiencing what you believe is a bug you should create an issue.
