Yeah, HR doesn't flip stacked objects either. The only problem in this is that it doesn't make any sense, since flipped beatmaps shouldn't differ in difficulty, should they?

Actually, I was able to find the reason a month ago. Just saw #20156 and thought it solved the problem, but unfortunately it didn't. The problem is incorrect starting time...

Also, is there any reason why in [ScoreInfoExtensions](https://github.com/ppy/osu/blob/master/osu.Game/Scoring/Legacy/ScoreInfoExtensions.cs#L92) all 100's are Ok's, while everywhere else they are Good's?
