@milosgajdos It looks like all the [3.0.0 milestone](https://github.com/distribution/distribution/milestone/22)'s issues being resolved(https://github.com/distribution/distribution/pull/4373 is already approved and will be merged when release is ready). Is there any blocker for 3.0.0 stable release?
