What's needed here? This appears to have stalled; I'd love to help if there's anything I can do.

We've talked about this in the underlying library: https://github.com/kenperkins/coreos-cluster/issues/10 (PR's welcome!)

That's correct; I need to go through and update this to the latest pkgcloud version.

Now that I've finally gotten pkgcloud 1.0 out the door, I plan to update this asap. As in starting next week.
