Should we keep this issue open? Not sure if it still helps clearly to identify new peoblems?
Version 1.14 has been released months ago and all our scrape are done (pretty succesfuly) with ActionParse. Closing.

@adamlamar Out of curiosity, have you run kiwix-build on Fedora (34?)? I ask because of https://github.com/kiwix/kiwix-build/issues/504, maybe we have fixed this issue as well already?
