Handler settings are string-only in schema, so e.g., boolean settings, are reported as errors

Putting `true` and ignoring squiggles for now.

Registering custom text extractor does not work

This works for us. We `ReqisterUnique` in a composer that `ComposeAfter`s `ExaminePdfComposer`, and our extractor runs. Code is trivial, but let me know if needed.

The "Usage Browser" shows 0 for all our "block list" aka element doctypes
