現状は「最初はテキストでメモ書きして、画像ができたら画像を表示」というユースケースを想定しているが、draft段階で最初のメモを表示しておきたい。 たとえば翻訳であれば、画像を見ながら図表の翻訳をして、画像の差し替えのタイミングでテキストを消したい。
