If you are running Linux 6.6, you should not need this driver. Use the standard kernel driver instead. If needed in 6.2 - 6.5, backporting https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/drivers/usb/serial/xr_serial.c would be nicer.

I am afraid there is no fix for LaCie external drives. Uninstall the driver.

Would you try the Debug version, please ?
