CI reported error. After fiddling around, I found the cause was an update of Ubuntu version of the CI container (/etc/init.d/xvfb was not found). Now fixed.

Because of an update of vscode, ``vscode.previewHtml`` API has removed. So, this extension, which relies on this API, does not work anymore. I made a pull request to fix that....
