The presence description uses the track name directly from mpd, which in some cases may be a full path (relative to mpd's library root), this would often get cropped off...
If I restart MPD it will reasonably throw this exception and stop broadcasting to discord: `Exception: Connection refused. reconnecting to MPD in 5 seconds.` However it will never connect again...
On at least some distributions, there's no "multi-user.target" for user systemd units. The file that ends up at /usr/lib/systemd/user/mpd-discord.service should contain "default.target" in place of "multi-user.target" in the [Install] section....
