Never reconnects after losing connection with the MPD server.

If I restart MPD it will reasonably throw this exception and stop broadcasting to discord: Exception: Connection refused. reconnecting to MPD in 5 seconds. However it will never connect again (or at the very least it will never report to discord again, I'm not sure what's happening).
