Add link to autotune on aws to the documentaton

Can you plese remove the limitation of the "Silence All Mode" ? I have my alarms in xDrip and AndroidAPS and don't need the double annoyance of the Dexcom app....

Implement "Backchannel" to upload bolus/carb/etc. data to clarity (original dexcom api does not allow that).

Would be great to have my data at clarity, as many doctors prefert this charts instead of nightscout reporter.

Silence All mode is automatically disabled after 30 minutes. Would be great to have it always on, as I'll have my alerts with xdrip+.
