I am really excited about voici, but the lack of geopandas is a blocker for me. Would it be helpful to open PRs for geopandas and deps?

I prefer **Option 2b**. It seems like a good idea to do as well as we can with the `sizeof` estimation.
Late to the party, but I have a strong preference for deprecating `stac:collection`. Allowing `stac:collection` or `stac:collections` would imply that the metadata keys depend on the contents of the catalog....
