@pathak1515 I'd like to re-emphasize the need for a unit-test. The reference issue https://github.com/Kong/kong/issues/9156 identified edge-cases which could be used as a starting point 👍

@succerror could you add a unit test that covers the described change? Testing `get_queue_id` output whilst faking `conf` input should suffice

It'd be really beneficial if we get the START_TIME and the END_TIME of that event
