It is a problem on latest, for testing PRs. Not a big issue. But is messy (e.g. copies data into the folder with the notebooks) and takes some extra seconds.

Forced rebuilds do not help! It will still use the cached version of the base image. And the image we are using does not have tags other than latest. So...
