Use of deprecated feature imp in Python 3.12

In file: ihp-sg13g2/libs.tech/klayout/python/pypreprocessor/pypreprocessor/__init__.py The deprecated ``imp`` module, removed since Python 3.12, is used. This prevent the ``sealring.py`` script to work under Ubuntu 24.04 LTS and 24.10.

Offgrid shapes in sg13g2_io.gds

It may or may not be a bug. In the GDS file, ``IHP-Open-PDK/ihp-sg13g2/libs.ref/sg13g2_io/gds/sg13g2_io.gds``, there seems to be offgrid shapes. For instance in ``sg13g2_Clamp_P15N15D``, you have : (translated in ASCII GDS)...
