Unfortunately, this PR broke two quiz-related test cases. Fixed in a4ed66d.

I am not super familiar with advanced configurations of sshd, but a quick web search found [this superuser.com thread](https://superuser.com/questions/951562/global-ssh-key-on-server-to-be-used-for-all-accounts) which suggests you could have many entries in the `AuthorizedKeysFile` setting....
