Confirming this behavior is on the Hover state. CSS being applied is. ``` .button:not(.has-background):hover { color: #fff; background-color: #195f2b; }
Scrubbed and confirmed this taking place in Stow as well - seems to affect all Varia themes

This seems related to the default theme background color not being applied properly. When I look at the cover block in the editor - there is no Background color applied....
Recreated this - With 644,313 sites having Baskerville active - this seems a good one to get fixed.
Confirmed this takes place in Varia and child themes. Suggesting this is high priority.

@annezazu - it's been tricky to find interactions around this - as the wording/description of the issue when dealing with users is pretty varied and generic (around gaps between blocks)...
