The `pub did not create .dart_tools/package_config.json file.` error is likely due to the fact that we have not finished adding support for workspaces to the `flutter` tool.

I'm going to close this for now, we are reworking these buttons to make space for a new one.

This looks like a network error - are there possibly issues with your network connection?
I don't remember the context here, but "element" is also okay with me after reading through this issue three years later.
I'm not sure how to fix this, since I don't have an ultrawide monitor. Have you tested a normal Flutter web app to see if this is specific to DartPad?
