Need to test behaviour when the `attachment_fields_to_edit` and `attachment_fields_to_save` filters are used to add fields to the attachment editing window.
What happens when you delete a user, choose to delete or reassign all their content, and that content includes media? Who knows.
What happens when you run an export that includes media files? Who knows.
What happens when you run an import that includes media files? Who knows.
It's an intentional design decision that the plugin does not alter the behaviour of WP-CLI. The documentation needs to state this.
