Hi, I've added the .//manifest/item/ records from the OPF document, which reference the individual files in the zipped document.

When debugging issues it can be helpful to see the actual HTTP request and response body from the server. I have connected the HTTPClient `debug_dev` to the Logging gem.

The link returns 404 Not Found, the resource was renamed in 7e670e4. This Pull Request fixes the link in README.md.
