[Bug]: More than 9 addresses, new addresses cannot be created

Tried it out on macOS Catalina with Metamask (Version 11.3.0) and successfully created 11 accounts in both Brave (Version 1.59.124 Chromium: 118.0.5993.117) and Chrome (Version 118.0.5993.117). Could be an issue...
