@tianon I can see the newlines when editing the file, in my IDE, and in codespaces but not in the github UI for some reason.

i added a space on the newlines and its showing now in the diff

same here. Going to update to version 3.0.2 and see if that resolves my issue.

I also had to terminate the ec2 instance. Once it recreated I could connect again.
