@TheRealBenForce @pmlandwehr You can add these yourself. Go to Settings > Personalization and add them as contact types. Then it becomes available in the Conversations "How did you communicate?" dropdown....

Seems pretty broken atm. At a cursory look I see three open issues with problems on Arch. I don't need to do my own testing to see this not working....

I'm gonna be writing my bachelors thesis on something along those lines soon. I could add a section with my sources and research to the list afterwards :smile:
