[I've sorted and vetted the list](https://github.com/agarrharr/awesome-cli-apps/commit/c3d6c73c20d476ed18e12e9cd581764c2ef2cbcf), which should make it easier to create PRs from them.

@capaldo I think we can close this once the list is gone. This way we know that it's still an issue.
