new communication options and generic messenger

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm a new user and created my first contact and logged my first conversation. This occurred through Microsoft Teams. To my surprise, Teams was not available from "How did you communicate?". None of the other options were suitable as a generic replacement.

Describe the solution you'd like I think it would be nice to add some more communication methods that have become popular recently as well as generic messenger.

• Slack
• Instant Messenger (generic option at the top)

Love to add iMessage to the list of messaging apps

@TheRealBenForce @pmlandwehr You can add these yourself. Go to Settings > Personalization and add them as contact types. Then it becomes available in the Conversations "How did you communicate?" dropdown.

Note: You can get the icons descriptiors for the contact type from fontawesome (be aware that the project is only using FAv4).
