In the GEO/airway_RNAseq/kegg_and_go_up_and_down.R, the kk=DOSE::setReadable(kk, OrgDb='org.Hs.eg.db',key**t**ype='ENTREZID') should change into kk=DOSE::setReadable(kk, OrgDb='org.Hs.eg.db',key**T**ype='ENTREZID'). Or, the code will be wrong.

Hello, Just to confirm if line 59 and 60 code should be revised from old version of [,c(1,15)] to [,c(1,12)], as the gpl data only has 12 columns. Thanks! Regards
