Dev Home not "updateing" starting, stuck at 90% for hours - 2 different machines

Same here. It just stucked at the "dev home needs and update message". It doesn't even starts the update.

Overview blur stopped working.

Update: The bug is quite quirky to reproduce. I just found out that it only happens when I am using an external monitor in a join configuration (aka "extend screens")...
