Dev Home not "updateing" starting, stuck at 90% for hours - 2 different machines

Steps to reproduce the bug

I discovered yesterday "dev home" in my start menu :-). So i clicked on in. A Window pops up tellong it needs to be updated.

But the process stalls at 90% - after an hour i shut down my pc. This was on my Desktop PC at home. Today i tried the same on my Working Laptop and here i observe the same:

Is there a way to fix this? i am really eager to try dev home.

Expected result

The update finishes, dev home starts.

stall at 90%

Had this issue just minutes ago. I closed the app and restarted it, download resumed and everything went fine.

Same issue here, 90% forever... No CPU nor DISK activity.

Same here. It just stucked at the "dev home needs and update message". It doesn't even starts the update.
