I am going to request this as a hotfix. Can someone confirm this behavior now works on the master channel, as expected, on top of the fix https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/148612?

For the same 3 month period, for `flutter create -t plugin` 92% was swift and 8% was objc.

@stuartmorgan based on that number, would you like me to keep the `-t plugin -i objc` template for the plugin code? If I remove it from just the app code...
