All tests pass except cucumbers in oracle. Those keep failing but I'd say it's not related to authorize.net.

What's the issue and how removing these images help to solve it?

What's the problem? How can I reproduce it and check if it's fixed?

It's probably worth keeping it because we had related incidents in the past that could have been detected earlier if this check would have worked.
