Can't be done currently as `sf` [doesn't support OFT*List field types](https://github.com/r-spatial/sf/issues/416#issuecomment-314994368), which are present in e.g. FMI FWS.

The support is added in https://github.com/r-spatial/sf/commit/823f3f2c4b0dda2279b3057527630c6e9d9f3ad9 meaning that `sf` can be used after all. At least after the update hits CRAN.
