Returns 'HTTPError: Bad Status Line' inside util.getSourceCode() inside urllib.urlopen(). Interestingly, changing the user-agent to 'Mozilla/5.0' or using urllib.urlretrieve() (i.e. no user-agent) appeared to fix the issue.

If a user has downloaded chapters 1-10 from MangaFox, then attempting to download chapters 5-20 from MangaReader should auto-skip chapters 5-10.
