LOADING takes very long time.

After 5 minutes I still see big "LOADING" and some circles. * Pale Moon 27 (32-bit) * uBlock * uMatrix * Win10 64-bit

I think there should be an option to select which category is special.

Applications installed from Android Studio (with certificate CN=Android Debug,O=Android,C=US) could be placed into other category than is normally used for work with phone because these applications are not usually started...
