Move applications signed with "Android Debug" certificate to special category

Applications installed from Android Studio (with certificate CN=Android Debug,O=Android,C=US) could be placed into other category than is normally used for work with phone because these applications are not usually started from laucher but sometimes they are.

I think there should be an option to select category where place them.
