Unfortunately, Chrome doesn't yet allow extensions to display your configured themes.
I just checked out the source for that extension. Very cool how it just modifies the default new tab page. It only hides the most visited links, though.
That's weird. This text is stylesheet information from the chrome://apps page. It doesn't really have anything to do with new tab redirect, unless Google has started putting some extra checks...
