@brandond I figured I'd fix the one thing causing me issues which at the time I didn't spot an existing PR for. There's quite a lot of overlap in PRs...

Closing this without a superseding PR as the fix is already present in the [mastodon/chart](https://github.com/mastodon/chart) repository.

Like @lorn, said, ZNC by default uses the same port both for IRC and HTTP. Apologies for the confusion. I've added more detailed info about how to access the web-interface...
