RM4 Mini - no device found, ensure the device is not locked

My RM4 mini is having the same issue after I updated the plugin to v4.4.12. The RM4 does not have Internet access so the firmware has not been updated.

Updated to v4.4.13 and still have the same issue. Also tried updating Node.js from 16.20 to 18.16 by running `sudo hb-service update-node` but made no difference.

Not sure if it helped, but I unplugged RM4 mini for about 2 days and it started working once it got reconnected.
